本日はひと月に１回の全体会議の日 今までと形態を変え全員一緒の空間で 昼食を取りながらの会議が行われました。 皆が同じ空間を共有しコミュニケーションを深め 雑談から業績発表まで和やかな感じがマツワらしい！ ビジネスシーンでは良く取り入れられている会議のスタイル パワーランチ（マツワ風）と名の如く４０人のお腹も満たされ心身共にパワーを頂けたような マラソンのように１年後のゴールを目指して今期もスタートで走り出しました。 皆の気持ちを一つにする場所としてゴールまでの休息地点になりますように。
