先週末、社員研修でとある会社に訪問させて頂きました。 その会社は、社員数約150名が在籍される大きな会社です。 朝礼に特徴があるということなので、朝一番からお伺いしました。 まず扉を開けて入ってみると、びっくり！！ ものすごく活気に溢れ、全員が生き生きと仕事をされていましまた。 ちなみにその中には身障者の方も多くおられます。 健常者、身障者分け隔てなく楽しそうに働いておられる雰囲気に こちらまで、こころ暖かくさせて頂きました！！ 我がマツワもこのような会社になるよう目指したいと思いました（*^_^*）
