今日、明日は全国のイシンホームの加盟店一同が集結し岡山にて会議が行われました。

233店舗全店なのか？ すごい人の数に圧倒されます！   当社も６名参加して石原代表の講義を始め新情報、 新製品、新ツールなどお客様の得になる会社のためになる知識と方法を学び   また講義終了後の懇親会の中での表彰式では多くの加盟店の中で当社社長が表彰され 続いて別部門では工務の加藤も表彰され、 誇りと励みを感じ嬉しく思います。                 毎回参加させてもらう度、他店の努力や頑張りを肌で感じ、 まだまだやらねばとモチベーション上がります。 競い合うでのでは無く善いことを追求し お互いを高め合う場所、 多くの人がこれを感じにやって来るのでしょうね。
